2. Description of Service
Scattify is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms your content into platform-optimized posts for multiple social media platforms. The Service includes:
- AI-powered content generation for 10+ social platforms
- Content scheduling reminders
- Content history and management
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Plans
- Free: 10 posts per month
- Starter (£15/month): 50 posts per month
- Pro (£39/month): 500 posts per month
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused posts do not roll over to the next month.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied with the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Spread misinformation or fake news
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without proper licensing
6. Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of the original content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating repurposed versions.
Generated Content
You own the rights to the content generated by our Service from your original materials. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content is generated using AI technology. While we strive for quality, you should:
- Review all generated content before posting
- Verify accuracy of any facts or claims
- Edit content to match your brand voice
- Ensure compliance with each platform's guidelines
We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Suspend accounts that violate these terms
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scattify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scattify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
